McCorkindale's paper accepted for CHADD presentation
A paper written by Amanda McCorkindale, a third year Forest student, was accepted for presentation at the 20th Annual Children and Adults with Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (CHADD) International Conference on ADHD (November 13-15) in Anaheim, CA. Her presentation will be on the diagnosis and treatment of ADHD in the primary care setting, a review of the literature, as well as innovative solutions to the barriers physicians face in the implementation of treatment practice guidelines in primary care. Not only will this student get the opportunity to present, but she hopes to conduct some dissertation research while there among the expected 1500 participants and to meet some of the leading researchers/theorists in the area of ADHD.

CHADD is the nation's leading non-profit organization serving individuals with AD/HD and their families. More information about this organization may be found here... http://www.chadd.org/.
